Rule 1: Know How You Plan on Paying
We at What The World Is Watching accept the following methods of payment:
Cash, Checks, Money Orders, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Debit Cards, PayPal,
BidPay, and Western Union Money Transfers. You can find a lot more information on the various

Rule 2: Figure Out the Shipping and Handling Fee
If paying by credit card or PayPal, the shipping and handling fees will automatically
be calculated for you. However, if you are paying by any other methods you will have to calculate the shipping
and handling fees yourself. The shipping breakdown for American and Canadian customers is as follows:
If your total is between $0.01 -$9.99 the shipping cost will be $6.75
If your total is between $10.00 -$49.99 the shipping cost will be $9.00
If your total is between $50.00 -$99.99 the shipping cost will be $12.50
If your total is between $100.00 -$199.99 the shipping cost will be $15.00
If your total exceeds $200.00 the shipping cost will be $18.50
Canadian customers please add $1.00 to the above shipping and handling fees.
Please note that the above fees do not apply to orders outside of the United States and Canada. If you live outside the United States
or Canada, please contact us with the details of your order and your address. After receiving your email,
we will reply within forty-eight (48) hours with the various shipping options.

Rule 3: Fill Out an Order Form
If you are not paying via Credit Card, Debit Card, or PayPal; you must fill out an order form
An order form can be found at: http://www.toysandmusic.com/order.htm or you may access
one by clicking here. After an order form
is filled out, you must print it out and include it with your payment. Any order received without an order form,
will not be processed! Remember, Rule 3 only applies to those not using the shopping cart system.
Rule 4: Submit Your Payment
If you are using the online shopping cart all you need to do is simply check out. However, if you are paying via any other way
you will need to mail your payment along with your order form to:
